Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland Malaysia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with CKE you must be over 18 yers of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. CKE retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we shall inform you by email and we would confirm the identity of the party, which you have contracted with. This will usually be CKE or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party CKE is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the Terms of Sale, which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes without prior notice.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive and acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order: this receipt will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by phone call that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation phone call/Whatsapp sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing & Availability
Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered

Delivery
We aim for orders to be dispatched on the next twenty-four (24) hours upon the clearance of payment. After item(s) leave our Warehouse, it will take three (3) to five (5) working days to arrive at your doorstep for orders in Malaysia. For international order, it varies according to your location. Please email us at www.wasiattokwan.com for more information on deliveries. Please checkout as normal for the shipping cost to appear automatically.
Return & Exchange
Cash refunds are not available. All items are non-returnable. Sale item and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
